At a height of 414m and with 107 floors, the Princess Tower is the tallest residential skyscraper in the world (Guinness World Records 2012) and, from its prime location in Dubai Marina, provides stunning views over the Gulf and Palm Island Jumairah.
The tower comprises 750 luxury apartments, duplex villas and penthouses, as well as sports and recreational facilities including gymnasiums and swimming pools.
